Amazing progress, I can't compliment then (staff) enough

Crimson Hill provides absolutely in-depth training that covers every need of each Service User and multiple shadow shifts to build knowledge and confidence of Staff Members to ensure proper support is given to a Service User

(name) spent a wonderful day with her parents. (her mother stated she) could not remember when they had had such a wonderful time.

(name) is the happiest he has been in a long time, happy with his life and his support. This is due so much to his kind caring and consistent support team. This is a big achievement

Caring , this is where I feel (our service) genuinely excels. The team is very focused on being kind, respectful, and compassionate. We put a lot of effort into promoting privacy, dignity, and independence

Definitely have a person-centred approach to all aspects of (names) care ... allows (name) to flourish and fulfil potential and I feel I have a good working relationship with care team and parents that allows us to all work together to support (name) Communication is always clear and timely

(the care) is really good, excellent actually. This company is tailored to our needs and (names) needs. They have got it sorted

Management are approachable, supportive, and always focused on improving outcomes for the people we support.

With regards to leadership, I will say they are excellent. Management shows their care and dedication to staff and service users at all times.

Staff feel free to air and share their opinions. The company is committed to maintaining high standards and high quality care.

Partnership working is excellent

I really like how person-centred support is. I really feel like (name) at the centre of what's happening rather than being an institution they have to fit in with

The service is managed with an open door approach. Staff are encouraged to share views and suggestions; feedback is acted upon and used to promote continuous improvement.

The company has it's support workers at heart. If you have issues, you know you have a listening ear.

we promote independence and self-reliance, giving people the opportunity to make choices and enjoy numerous achievements. During support, every area is considered, from personal care to social life. We believe that each area is also important for building self -confidence and potential achievements.

I've a good relationship with them all ( all staff) and they're responsive to my calls. I'm taken seriously and action is taken immediately. I can't praise them enough for that side of things

We support people by listening to them and providing person centred care to our people, treating each individual as a person not using a "one size fits all" strategy. This allows our people to feel valued and having  good quality care

(name) independence skills have really developed (and this was due to) his support workers to have progressed so much.

Crimson Hill is very, very responsive when called on at any time, for assistance, especially with regards to Service Users. They race to the side of Staff and Service Users which is commendable.

They (staff) try to help and support him the way he is; he,s a very complex person

It made us feel a lot more relaxed to stand back a bit (because staff knew their family member so well)

We can enjoy being Mum and Dad rather than carers policing it (the care provided by staff)

I really like supporting people to live their version of their best life and i feel the approach to this at Crimson Hill is very enabling. All of the staff care deeply about the people we work with, and each other.

They encourage (name to do as much as they can). Staff give clear clues, let him know what he is doing and happening and explain the next part of the process

Staff have brilliant ideas: they enhance his life
